1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped or customized, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Customized / Made-to-Order Items

  • Orders for custom-made, personalized, or handcrafted products cannot be cancelled once production has started, as these items are made specifically for you.

3. Refund Policy

  • If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch (if accepted by our team), the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

4. Order Rejection or Non-Delivery

  • If a customer refuses to accept the delivery without prior cancellation approval, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact details, refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund as per your preference.

6. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
