Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once the order is shipped or customized, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Customized / Made-to-Order Items
Orders for custom-made, personalized, or handcrafted products cannot be cancelled once production has started, as these items are made specifically for you.
3. Refund Policy
If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch (if accepted by our team), the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
4. Order Rejection or Non-Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept the delivery without prior cancellation approval, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact details, refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
